I don’t eat tofu that often (in fact, I think this is the only tofu recipe in here), but I like it a lot. I just get distracted by all the pretty colors at the farmer’s market and usually forget about the poor lil guy. But when I am running low on fresh produce, tofu comes to the rescue and fills my tummy. It soaks up the flavors of whatever you cook it with, so it’s great sautéed with yummy sauces like we’re gonna do in this recipe.
